Freshmacs collaborates with CBOs, FBOs, Farmers groups, women groups and the smallholder farmers across the Central Region, Volta Region, Eastern Region, Brong Ahafo, Northern Region, Upper West and Upper East Regions of the Republic of Ghana in positioning Ghana as an important player in the global horticulture industry. Collaborating farmers are trained to follow good agriculture practices in all their production efforts.

Plans are advanced to bring all the producers under one umbrella to be known as Freshmacs Farmers Federation.
